Now don’t be fooled by our friendly demeanour. At Aston Recruitment, we’re all ultra-efficient recruitment professionals. Our team has extensive experience in myriad sectors. In fact, it’s our depth of knowledge that sets us apart. But our recruitment consultants do things differently.

We listen, really listen
Aston was established in 2008 by Managing Director Chantal Haskett, who saw that traditional recruitment consultancies usually fail to give employers and candidates what they need – mainly because they don’t understand what’s required.

That’s why Chantal set up Aston to be different from day one. No so-called ‘multi-industry experts’ offering recruitment-by-numbers solutions.

Making recruitment easier, efficient and enjoyable
At Aston, our consultants all have a sound background in their chosen discipline and industry. What’s more, our specialists deal with clients and candidates one-on-one, every day, resulting in a more personal and in-depth knowledge of you and your industry.

Flat fees and an ethical approach
If it all seems very simple and straightforward, it’s because that’s the way we like it. We firmly believe in being clear and transparent, which is why we have a flat-fee structure and a rigid no-poaching policy for recently placed candidates.
